Chinese Turkey Strips with Noodles

Cut the following into fine strips to ensure even cooking: 1 turkey or chicken breast fillet, 1 red pepper, 1 large flat mushroom, handful green beans.  Put into microwaveable dish.  Add 4 cherry tomatoes, 1tbsp each of  soy sauce, vegetable oil & dry sherry. Season with white pepper. Cover with lid or cling film & microwave for 4 mins.  Leave to stand for 5 mins whilst you make noodles -  place a handful of noodles in boiling water, bring back to boil, lower heat to simmer for 4 mins, drain.  Add 1tbsp crème fraiche, natural yoghurt or soured cream along with the drained cooked noodles to the turkey mixture & coat well before serving.
